Our Mission

is to ensure an effective quality and free education for all through the participation of Civil Society Organizations in  Rwanda

Our Objectives

1. To strengthen partnerships at all levels for the promotion of education for all
2. To highlight all obstacles which hinder the equitable access to quality basic education for all Through research, monitoring and evaluation

3. To advocate for the appropriate allocation and utilization of public and private resources. To ensure quality education for all

4. To advocate for democratic participation in the formulation, implementation, monitoring  And evaluation of education policies plans and for the management of educational institutions in Rwanda

5. Conducting research which aim to highlight and stop whatever may constitutes a handicap the access to qualitative basic education for all in Rwanda.
