Management Structure

REFAC has five important management organs namely the General Assembly, the Executive Council, the Coordination Unit, the Audit Committee and Conflict Resolution Committee The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body.

The Executive Council is responsible for the smooth and effective management of the coalition, the Coordination Unit runs the day to day implementation of REFAC activities and is headed by the National Coordinator.

The Audit Committee controls the funds management and other assets of REFAC.

The Conflict Resolution Committee is responsible for finding solutions to disputes which may arise within REFAC or between REFAC members themselves.
