Benson Rukabu serves as the National Coordinator of REFAC, providing strategic leadership in advancing equitable, inclusive, and quality education in Rwanda. He brings 15+ years of experience in social work, education policy, programme coordination, civil society engagement, and organisational development.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
SANA Sabin Albert supports program monitoring, results tracking, data management, reporting, and learning processes that strengthen accountability and evidence-based decision-making across REFAC's work.
